The members of our water aerobics group and I were absolutely delighted with the quality of the chickens purchased on 23-5-2022 for our ‘Christmas in May’ function the following day. The large chickens were of a very high standard and cooked to perfection, retaining their juiciness. For a member of the staff to happily cut the chickens into 8 pieces, ensuring maximum convenience and attractive presentation, when she was flat out serving many customers was magnificent. Such co-operative attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
